Pros (+) We loved that the hotel was right downtown. It is one block from Union Square and the hustle and bustle! Perfect. Close to all transit as well as the tour company pick up points.
Cons (-) The pillows! They definitely need to invest in new pillows!

Pros (+) Close to everything with all the conveniences yet subdued and relaxing. Staff were attentive and available. The restaurant /lounge was a great venue to unwind
