This hotel has the charm of a European style hotel . Unique decor and artwork detailed through out every square inch . The rooms were super clean . Frank whom was the attending clerk , is the best of the best . He was born to be in the hospitality industry . Frank helped us with bus schedules , great food recommendations , his genuine warmth and kindness was one of the highlights of our stay . We highly recommend this piece of California gold for your stay .
Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. We also loved the location. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in San Francisco.
The location is great, near from the shopping area. The rooms are very clean and reasonable price.
You can hear everything through the walls and our last morning they woke us up at 8 am to clean the room
Quirky, interesting old building
There was free coffee and tea in the lobby. I requested a bath tub and was provided with a room with one.
There was no thermostat in the room
