Pros (+) Definitely an older building but has been updated just enough to be comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Location is excellent, walking distance to a lot of great spots downtown!
Cons (-) Parking is an extra expense, even as a guest at $10/day.

Pros (+) Great value. Awesome staff. Everyone was so friendly. Perfect location, close to lots of restaurants and shops. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted, Nice historic feel. Charming
Cons (-) It was loud with traffic noise but you're right on a busier street so we kind of expected it. It did quiet down at a certain time at night, we stayed during the work week.
