Pros (+) Clean, renovated. Nice stafff. Comfortable room. Near public transport and very close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Unlike some opinions, didn't find the neighborhood any unsafe. For a hotel in Paris, a very good value for money.
Cons (-) We could hear guests in the hall and on the next floor.
