Cons: Lightning system in room. Bar overpriced. Roof restaurant was closed. Bath is hard to get in, too high.

Cons: They need to update the hotel a bit it's very dated it's like stepping into 1945. They need to make the hotel like Thr terrace they have on the very top there is a restaurant there and it's the only area of the hotel that I would consider a 5. Star.they should use the style of that restaurant for the entire hotel.

Cons: I thought that the staff were excellent.

Pros: Generro (spelling) at the front desk was wonderful. He made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel staff was superb. I would absolutely return.

Cons: The only downside was the Caruso restaurant. It was overpriced, the staff was horrible and the food was not good at all. The hotel really needs to start completely over. With so many wonderful options everywhere around you, avoid it at all costs.

Pros: Old. Needs a complete renovation of interior. Wi fi also needs to be updated and strenghthened. Location and rooftop restaurant are only selling points right now.

Pros: Close to dining and shopping. Close to the port to catch the ferry to Capri and the other islands. Its the best hang out spot in naples. Staff was friendly.

Pros: Great location. Very pleasant lady checked me in, my room was also upgraded which was a nice surprise. Great view of the bay from my room. Clean. Very nice marble bath room.

Cons: The hotel is quite grand but you can see in certain areas it could do with a bit of TLC. Parts of the hotel could do with a bit of a make over and a lick of paint. I decided to leave the breakfast buffet at 30 euro it seemed a bit expensive you could stuff yourself with espresso and pastries at many local bars for much less. There was a little note left in my room that said if there was anything the hotel could do to help me enjoy my stay to just ask. The plug socket to charge my phone was quite far from my bed which I found a little annoying as I would have liked to charge my phone in bed. I thought it was a bit of a long shot but because of this note I thought I'd ask if it was possible to have an extention. I expected probably to be told 'sorry sir we havnt got one' . Which is fair enough. However, the member of staff I asked looked at me like I'd just made the most bizarre request he'd ever heard, just answered 'No' in less than a second and seemed more concerned about getting his coat on for his break. The next morning I went to check out and order a taxi to catch my early flight. There was noone at the reception. I then however heard snoring. I followed the noise to find this same member of staff asleep on a sofa in the lobby with no shoes on. I had to wake him up so I could check out. Not usually what I'd expect at a 4 star hotel haha. Is a great location but definitely not worth the money they ask for. I have had much better value for money and customer service in hotels all over Italy. I splurged a bit in order to stay here and received £45 cash back via a genius deal. Even with this money back I feel as if this hotel is overpriced. This is in November aswell. I can't imagine what they charge in summer.

Cons: Seemed like one day this was a grand hotel. Today it's old and dusty. The room size was great but the sheets were rough and the hallways looked like they needed to be vacuumed.

Pros: A very comfortable hotel, close to the harbour for any boat trips and within walking distance of the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot for a drink and to soak up the sun.

Cons: We spent a lot of money on this hotel and were expecting a quiet break, but we had very noisy guests in the next room, who played dance music very loudly in the small hours and then again in the morning. When asked to turn it down, they did so and then resorted to banging the bedroom door loudly when entering and leaving their room. Also, as we went out of season, so only one restaurant and bar were open, didn't realise that when we were booking.

Pros: Old world charm and great location. Staff was very helpful.

Pros: Bed was really comfortable and the location is great. Hotel restaurant is pretty solid. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons: Parking is quite expensive and it took 15-20 mins to get the car back.

Cons: The location on Piazza Garibaldi is convenient but has its drawbacks, number one being the loud and crazy traffic. The windows are good at blocking almost all the noise, but some gets through.

Pros: Room was great with balcony. Great view of Vesuvius right in front. Fantastic breakfast and great rooftop bar and terrace. Great transport links and also easy to walk to where I wanted to go. Very short walk from bus from/to the airport

Pros: Located near train station in Naples in a "rough" neighborhood, the hotel was a quiet oasis. Had early morning train to catch. Without asking the staff offered a bag breakfast to take on the train.

Pros: the rooftop lounge has a great view and is a nice place to sit in morning or evening

Pros: From the moment I arrived the staff were extremely helpful and polite and friendly . They are a credit to the hotel . They even managed to get me a reservation at a great restaurant last minute on a Saturday night and got me a cab in minutes .. the upgrade was greatly received after a long days travel and I can’t thank you enough ! Breakfast was beautifully laid out and the staff were attentive without being overbearing . 20/10 from me . I’ll definitely book again when I return to Naples later in the year . Grazie grazie grazie !!

Pros: Great location near to the railway station in Piazza Garibaldi. Fabulous breakfast in the rooftop bar/restaurant/rooftop terrace.

Pros: Location is near the central station, with its advantages and disadvantages. Close to everywhere. Pillows were rock hard but upon requesting different pillows everything was great.

Pros: All staff were great, and very helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was 5 stars quality! Hands down the best experience I have ever had dining! Food was Bellissimo!

Cons: Noises on the street were a little loud in the middle of the night (can’t be helped though!) and the bed/pillows very firm/slightly uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect!

Pros: Room was large with high ceilings and shutter doors to window/baclony overlooking square. It was a little noisy but coming from London didn't really notice.

Cons: Breakfast had all the usuals but all a bit bland and kept having to ask for things that should have been readily available

Pros: Overall the hotel and room were very nice. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Also, the restaurant was very nice for lunch and dinner. I was here to present at a conference and the conference rooms of the hotel were nice and they provided folders, papers, pens, and water for participants. The hotel was right next to the central metro station which was very convenient to get on the metro and do some sightseeing. However, I don't think this hotel is in a "tourist area" and it is more where the locals go to catch the bus and the metro.

Cons: The hotel is in a sketchy area and the room I had was noisy. I would not go out after dark. I was sexually harassed on the street one night while I was trying to get dinner. During the day was okay though. The room was also cold at night and no matter what setting I put the thermostat at the temperature never changed. The tv and treadmill in the fitness center did not work. Also, the business center was not available due to renovations. In addition, I asked the front desk staff what/where there was to sightsee and I was just given a city map with no indication of where things were located. The woman just circled a broad area of the map and told me to go there. That was not helpful at all.

Pros: Clean good value and THE closest to train station. Other hotels advertise they are close but you would have to navigate across very busy streets. Staying at this hotel because of its proximity to the train station was the best move we could have made!

Cons: The hotel is noisy throughout day due to some renovation works. I think, the price of the hotel is too high, but the quality of the room and service is not equivalent to this price.

Pros: I appreciated the roof terrace, and the gym on the 9th floor.

Cons: The views are fantastic. The only thing to add would be to clean the windows. In the bright sun, the dirty window glass can be a bit disturbing. I would clean it myself, if given the tools :)))

Pros: Très propre et bien situé. Le quartier est sympa et animé. La piscine est un avantage incontestable à Naples où il n'y a pas de plage. Je rassure les nouveaux: le wifi marche très bien!

Cons: La salle de bain était un peu vétuste et humide. Un bruit de moteur sourd était présent en continu. Un personnel très contrasté: des gens très aimables et souriants et des personnes très désagréables qu'on avait l'impression de déranger!

Pros: The staff was helpful and kind! We had a suite, old style furniture, very nice balconies. Great views! Very pleasant stay. Bathroom a bit small but acceptable. Our flight was very early in the morning and the good thing about the location of the hotel was there was a taxy station just next to the hotel - very convenient! Convenient location as walking distance to the old center.

Cons: We had to exchange dollars into Euros at the hotel since we arrived on Friday night, and they exchanged currency at a very steep rate. Not a lot of business take credit cards so we were basically forced into it

Pros: The hotel staff were great and the room was terrific. There was a great balcony and the view was incredible.

Cons: The shower was awful. There was only a partial "door", and water got everywhere when you took a shower. We had to cover the floor in every towel we had in preparation for the swamp that followed. The pool also required swim caps which was weird and a big bummer because who wants to wear a swim cap?

Pros: Location couldn be better. Right in front of the sea and the Castell Dell'Ovo. Really nice place of the city.

Pros: The location is great, in the bayfront in Napoli.

Cons: Breakfast was rather poor, not many things to choose.
