Pros: Great location, beautiful place in the heart of the city

Pros: it was a great place to stay. good location, very helpful staff, comfortable and large rooms.

Pros: Love the breakfast and the staff is super friendly, we felt like home.

Cons: The room we stayed in (room 7) did not have many windows. Additionally, the bathroom and toilet area was also quite dark. But overall nothing too bad.

Pros: Excellent location just out of the centre of Merida, close to restaurants, etc... Very confortable and charming hotel. The suite is outstanding and enormous! Breakfast was very nice.

Cons: The car parking fee is extra and not cheap. The parking lot is across the street.
