Cons (-) Hot water was a commodity. Rooms are not sound proof - you will be woken up in the middle of the night by neighbors walking into their rooms. Towels were not changed daily. Soap and shampoo was also a commodity. Elevator was not working one of the days - this hostel is on the 3rd floor, we had to carry our luggage 3 stories.
