Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, proximity to public transport, and feeling of safety. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, presence of bed bugs, and poor bathroom hygiene. Several guests also reported problems with amenities such as broken air conditioning and lack of reception staff. While a few appreciated the value for money and comfortable beds, the overall sentiment was marred by negative experiences related to cleanliness and service.
