Pros: Super comfy beds . Great location. Rooms immaculately cleaned each day.

Cons: Kettle was a bit dodgy in the room

Pros: Breakfast was good but could have had a better selection.

Pros: The ambiance of the building. The experience from start to finish was first class. Staff were a joy, always smiling and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location, a quiet street, just off the Lisbon equivalent of New Bond Street, was perfect for me. Great Hotel unless your looking for the anonymity of a Holiday Inn style Hotel.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: The staff at the hotel were professional welcoming and very helpful. They smiled when you got back to,the hotel remembered your room number a pleasure to stay at this hotel

Pros: The hotel is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Free port supplied in the room, and free afternoon tea - what's not to like.

Cons: The location was not as central as we thought, but was within walking distance of the main centre, and probably quieter because of this.

Pros: The location was great, less than 5 min. walk to metro station and near the main avenue. Quiet at night. Had Porto wine complimentary in room and wine and ginjinha available in lobby. Front desk staff was great.

Pros: Clean and spacious room. Great location. Very good breakfast.

Cons: Bed seemed small for a king size.

Cons: The horrible smell as soon as we checked in in the bathroom which became less after we complained but stayed throughout the stay. Some staff were not very friendly. Trying to talk to someone at reception was always difficult staff were always busy on the phone or doing something but the lady was the only one that was wonderful. The overhead shower in the bathroom dripped while using the hand ahower. The bathtub awkwardly positioned taking up too much room always dirty and unnecessary. The walk in shower and possibly the entire bathroom needs upgrading. Electricity problems during out entire stay with some sockets not working from first day which affected lighting as soon as we walked in and TVs unable to turn on for 2 days because of the electricity problem. The tvs were so slow to turn on and not very convenient but connected to phones which is good. The lights were soooooo complicated to deal with and at all not convenient. By 3rd night I didnt bother trying to switch all the lights off before going to bed The corridors were very narrow and difficult to navigate with strollers Very extremely overpriced for such problems.

Cons: Very weak water flow in the hand basin. Shower and bath was fine.

Pros: The staff addressed us by name, knew what we preferred for breakfast by the second day, and were accommodating with each request.

Cons: No dislikes

Pros: Friendly and attentive staff. Room very quiet despite facing the opposite square. Bed, pillows and mattress very comfortable. Room nicely decorated, subtle colors and fabrics, with cool lighting. Top floor bar with nice city view not to be missed. Very close to some nice restaurants and great location in the old part of town.

Cons: Not much to dislike. Perhaps that the room did not have a separate shower, but a bath / shower arrangement which I don't like.

Pros: I would only stay there for a day which I did and not for pleasure. It reminded me of am airport hotel.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and we got upgraded to club suite as they knew it was our anniversary. We also got champagne and a cake in our room which we really appreciated. Fantastic service and we told everyone about this!

Cons: The fake flowers in the bathroom were dusty.

Pros: All the amenities and the cleanliness of the room. Great TV. The beds were comfortable and warm.

Pros: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.

Cons: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Respectful employees, wonderful service, communicated in my native language and Spanish (which I appreciate), staff in the breakfast buffet were always attentive and made me feel special at all times.

Cons: There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. On the contrary, if I visit Lisbon in the future, I want to book in this hotel.

Pros: It a relaxing oasis and very calming atmosphere the staff are very attentive and asked for extra towels which we got within minutes. There is only a bfast area and no real restaurant or bar so it’s nice and quiet. You get water and fresh fruit in room which is a lovely added touch. Second time in this hotel and it’s an ideal city break.

Cons: Maybe could do with a bit more maintenance as some marks in shower area and drainage in shower not that great. Light shines through bathroom door so if your a light sleeper and someone uses bathroom through the night it’s very bright.

Pros: The location. The staff.

Pros: The furniture is (or looks) brand new. I quite liked the innovative “do not disturb” system, which can be set from inside the room. I also appreciated having a big closet and a desk where I could work.

Cons: Just that the bathroom door wouldn’t close and it was also a very thin, so not ideal If you’re sharing the room with someone else and you’re looking for some privacy.

Pros: Very stylish room. Very comfortable bed.

Cons: Carpet had big spots. Stair very slippery. No safe in room.

Cons: Staffs are so luvly and helpful and the hotel is so accessible in most locations and evento and from airport.

Pros: Good breakfast, straight above the metro station (city Center is approx 15 mins away with a change of a station; direct line to the airport), comfortable bed. If you are travelling with the car, it’s better to ask hotel for paid parking (Eur 15 per night), which is across the street

Pros: Very good location, friendly and professional staff, clean room and facilities ok, large bathroom and clean. Cleaning staff very friendly and polite. Close to main transport routes. The gentleman who was attending the lifts was amazing, very polite and warm presence.

Cons: For breakfast, more veg would be more appreciated.

Pros: Very well located for walking down town, public transit, tours,etc. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Pros: The location and the friendly and professional staff. I have been staying here multiple times and it is always good.

Pros: Nice small hotel with a local gym and sauna. The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast simple but good quality.

Cons: It's unfortunate that the sauna was not available late in the evening
