Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even extended my check out time to allow me to figure out a solution for my broken down rental car. They helped make a bad situation less stressful for me. I will definitely plan to stay here for future trips to Dallas. Thank you Best Western Plus!

Pros (+) Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and coffee. Easy to get on and off the highway.
Cons (-) Only two restaurants within walking distance, so if you do not have a car eating is limited. Both Restaurants are fine.
Pros (+) 1) convenient... Access to all the major highways. 2) clean... Everything seemed very clean 3) great hot breakfast... The spread was glorious 4) smiling faces... The staff at the service desk were eager to help us get checked in.
