The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Parking availability was also highlighted as a plus. However, opinions on cleanliness and bed comfort were mixed, with some guests noting issues with bathroom cleanliness, worn linens, and uncomfortable mattresses, while others found the rooms clean and beds comfortable.
