Dubai hotels in Business Bay

Cons: Location in Business Bay is great for business travelers doing business in the area, but not so great for tourists. Shuttle to Dubai Mall runs only a few times a day, so most of the time you need to taxi to and from everywhere. Very pricey breakfast.

Cons: Reception Staff are not very receptive to your request. Made a request through Hilton honours app and it never got to them. Then requested the same at reception, didn't get it the first time. Requested it the 2nd time and then got a completely different thing altogether.

Cons: - No free wifi - Lack of quality featherless pillows

Cons: The card system. My friends stayed in a different floor and someone always had to come and get me or I had to go get them. Elevators take sometime but nothing major.

Cons: Busy hotel but well handled. Sometimes it takes about 10 to 15 to get your car infront of lobby.

Cons: Velocity Sports Bar poorly designed and managed. Waiter gave me old menus with written notes/scribbles on it. Prime 68 a poor bargain; food only slightly above avg and I was seated away from the view. Why go there for an inside seat? Valet parking a completely under-managed - poor construction of on/off ramp to hotel. Waited 15 minutes for car to brought out. Breakfast Bar not large enough to accommodate full-hotel; off-ramped to Kitchen 6 where the food and service were below average. Bad scrambled eggs, baked beans, and latte'. Just awful.

Cons: Construction on roads leading to hotel can be tricky to navigate which should be temporary. Otherwise Great hotel. Great experience.

Cons: When I needec something, despite the size of the hotel, everything was handle right away. The hotel is a destination alone, great pool, fitness center and excellent bars and eateries. I highly recommend this hotel for business and pleasure. Thank you Nikhil, part of the Front Desk staff, you ate truly amazing!

Cons: The location is not actually very good, it's behind everything in downtown, and even though so much is so close to you (including the Design District) none of it is walkable and requires weird U-turns and backtracking to get to in a car. From the rooms you could hear the street and other nearby sounds, even late at night. Their WiFi was AWFUL. I even switched rooms hoping that would solve it, but that didn't work. Finally, I was told you can't connect your phone and laptop at the same time, which didn't make sense. Then, when the 'IT' guy came, he didn't know how to use a Mac. I had to go to other hotels or the Design District to do any work, because their WiFi kept dropping every few seconds (literally) and the speeds were incredibly slow. The staff did nothing and had no answers. One night, someone came knocking on my door at 4am and then called asking if I had ordered room service or something, at 4am. The next morning they just said they'd check the cameras, but there was no follow up as far as I know. That night, another person came to the door at 1am with a USB cable claiming I had asked for it (I didn't). They kept my laundry for 2-3 days (had I not asked for it they may never have delivered it) and then said I could only pay in cash right then. When I asked them to bring a credit card machine because I didn't have cash, it became this whole long drama that required several phone calls back and forth. It just seemed as if the staff wasn't trained on how to work with guests.

Cons: Bugs, flies, construction next door while I am sleeping, tight rooms, very low quality materials.
