The staff across the board were amazing! So attentive in every part of the hotel! We felt like pampered guests but it is very apparent they have made this their culture. Well done

Pros (+) Staff was very helpful and engaged. Easy to get to from highway and parking was too easy to believe for downtown Cleveland.
Cons (-) After checking in at 5pm we where greated with a memo in our room informing us of a recent water shut off. We had BROWN water up until we checked out. We where also in a room that had what sounded like construction and music playing above us the entire night. I couldn’t sleep a wink with the loud noise. Disssapointed that I paid more for a city view room and felt with these issues.

Pros (+) Close proximity to every major item in downtown Cleveland. Easy walk to the Browns stadium.
Cons (-) This Sunday morning breakfast buffet continue to run out of food. You would be waiting in line and get up where the food is and trays would all be empty

Cons (-) We spoke to 3 different people on the phone and they were all rude and unhelpful to the point that we cancelled our stay and stayed at the doubletree where EVERYONE we spoke with was helpful and the request for double beds specifically which was the simple request we had was met with a no problem and see you soon. The 3 Marriott women were very rude and said it wasn't their job. Stay at the Double...
