I got bigger car than I booked but the staff went more than beyond to offer me other option to switch for smaller car. Returning car was also very easy process.

Everything went fast and easy. I was lucky and got a car upgrade. The airport bus that took us to the rental village at arrival lasted half an hour, that was a bit annoying, but it had nothing to do with enterprise.
Never rent from them. If you do, video tape the car before you drive off. They rented me a car with pre-existing minor paint damage and accused me of creating it. They are dishonest. I've never had to deal with this before and have rented hundreds of cars. This is the only company I've encountered who does this.

Pros:
Processed rental quickly. Got on our way quickly.
Cons:
I was charged extra money because I made the reservation on kayak.com rather than a UK based website. They wouldn’t give me the keys without an additional 40 GBP charge.
