Pros: The mini-van we ended up with was very nice and had great features!
Cons: When our flight was delayed I called Alamo to assure them we would be there to pick up the car we had reserved and pre-paid for. The gentleman on the phone assured us we were all set and thanked us for calling. When we arrived to pick up the car, they told us it was first come, first served! I explained that we had reserved and paid for the rental and I told her about the call to the customer service number. She said, "I wish they would stop lying to customers. That's not our policy to hold a car." She then proceeded to tell me should could give us a smaller car, but we would have to pay more because I was changing the type of vehicle I had originally reserved. Needless to say, we left with a mini-van and I did not pay more! I will not be using Alamo again!

Cons: would have been nice if I was informed how much I was going to have to pay to park at the airport it ended up costing me another $18 I wasn't expecting to spend because I brought my vehicle to pick up the rental car if I had been informed of that I would have been prepare better and had someone drop me off at the airport instead of spending nearly 20 more dollars that I didn't need to spend

Pros: Upgraded for very little money, then gave us money off for returning it early. Minivan in great condition.

Pros: good gas milage
Cons: to small of a car. I drive larger cars and so it was different.o the car had eco features so when you put your foot on brakes or when you pulled up to a stop sign it would make you feel like it had died. I guess it's a great feature but when you are not used to using it, it makes you worry.

Cons: When we picked up the car, it smells like a cigarette smoke inside the car in spite that we requested non smoking car
Pros: When I made the reservation I put in the airport location and thought that is where I was getting the car. When I arrived at Enteprise, they told me the reservation was for downtown and they only had big expensive cars available and would not honor my contract. I had to rent from Hertz and pay the full price.
Cons: Wish Kayak would not have steered me to a non-airport location.

Pros: The outside of the car was washed.
Cons: I asked for a car but got an SUV.
The car with 8,000 miles had a smoke film on the inside of the windows that I could write in the film with my finger. It smelled like a cigar bar. I had to drive with the windows open because of the smell.
The back deck was covered in dirt and not vacuumed.

Convenient and fast
Pros: It's conveniently at the airport site and the service for both picking up and returning car was fast. Also liked the Nissan Altima!!
Cons: Long cold walk to get car and return it! Also expensive picking up at the airport, but there isn't a choice.

Pros: The reserved rate.
Cons: The Enterprise location refused to honor the rate I was quoted for this reservation. Tried to charge me twice as much. The manager kept telling me "that's what we come up with". I even showed him the printout with the reservation number and prices. Still would not honor it. So, I went down the road a little ways and rented a car from Hertz. The agent there helped me out with a great rate and rescued our vacation. Will not use Enterprise again. Already have a car reserved at Hertz for our next trip.

Pros: car was not American made but a nice clean car.
Cons: We though we reserve the car at the Airport but it was somewhere else and I had to pay an additional $50.00.
Pros: This was the best price I could find on transportation to and from the airport to Seaside area
Cons: The car was dark with a black interior and very hot for a tropical area. The water light came on once while driving. The drop off was not well attended. There was a lady in a van sitting in the parking lot who did not get out to greet you and who was not prepared to print a receipt for lack of paper which meant lots of time waiting with a baby in the heat. We could have missed our plane if we hadn't planned to arrive with spare time. They allowed me to leave and I still had the key to the car which required a race back through the airport to return. There was one young man trying to pull the load for both of the attendants and he was clearly overwhelmed.

Cons: It was 8:00 at night when I picked up the car, very tired from the flight..The car was on empty, so had to go back inside tell the person behind the desk..then stop at a gas station to fill up..
The cars should be maintained before pick up.

Odd pick up and drop off
Pros: I liked how clean the car was, and it waa affordable for the day.
Cons: It was weird that no one waa even around for inspection for pick up and drop off. I actually received very poor direction for pickup, as I was told to look for Hertz spot 205, and my car waa actually not in a Hertz spot. Furthermore, no direction was given on leaving the facility. When I dropped off, I was told to park the car in any Hertz spot, but they did not tell me if I needed to list the apot number on my return form. There was no one around to even ask.

Pros: The customer service was awesome on both sides. Super quick and easy.
Cons: We were very surprised the car did not a place to plug in our phone charger.
Cons: The stand was inside a Sears Auto Care and I had to call a number to get someone to come to the stand. The gentleman didn't specify that I'd be charged for a whole new day if not returning to Tampa exactly at 24 hrs. When I returned, it was explained why it was double what I was expecting but I could've planned differently had I known it wasn't prorated for an hour or two over. Also didn't have cruise control on the car which is a big feature when driving longer distances.

Pretty good rental.
Pros: The car was good and the counter service was fast. MAKE SURE TO INSPECT THE CAR IN AND OUT AND GO BACK AND LET THEM KNOW BEFORE DRIVING AWAY. I saw damage in and on the car and went back to the counter to note it. No one goes with you to inspect the vehicle.
Cons: The counter agent trying to upsell me. I know they are just doing their job, but I get tired of that, especially when on vacation.

Pros: The car was nice, but the car they said they had ready for us looked dirty. So the guy made us upgrade and pay $20 more, because we told them we didn't want the car that they had for us because it was dirty And that it would take an hour to clean the other cars. So we paid the $20 to upgrade and the agent was still rude. He gave the woman before us a free upgrade, and so it just made us more aggravated so we took the car and left

Pros: Representative at counter was very nice and efficient.
Cons: No attendant in lot, you have to walk quite a distance to get an answers or deal with issues. Very inefficient!!
