I didn’t expect that the car rental price is not included insurance what makes half of price in day from car price. Total expenses was more than I was expected and any other options to don’t buy insurance and drive was not a option. Kamarley tried to overcharge me. My two weeks res. Was for $531.24. Upon arriving I gave him the reservation number and he confirm my name and that I had it booked for two weeks and I declined all extras. He then said my total is $700.00, I asked for a breakdown of the price (never got it)Cons:

I like nothing about my car rental experience. First I requested a minvan, but got a car. The cars are poorly maintain. I had to return one car to get another but there were both junks. The service was so slow you could have gone to bed and still didn't miss anything.Cons:
Obviously, the condition of the cars. Making sure that what is requested is what one receive. The staff should be train to understand when one just completed a flight that maybe be long and tiresome from delays and the woes of traveling, to reach their final destination, customer wants to go!2.0 Poor
