When we drop the car off at Podgorica Montenegro, there was no one there. We had to leave it in the regular lot and figure out how to get the keys into the little station of budget Avis. then I had to call to make sure they got the keys and found the car, but the guy talked to was nice and he took care of everything

To be honest, I don’t know if anyone read these comments but you ask for comments I will give you some : First, at Tirana the place was hard to find. The car was damaged but I don’t care. What annoyed me the most is that strategy for the car rental to tried to sell you all the insurances you don’t need …. When I got there the guy first tell me that because I was leaving the car in Sarande, I had an extra 200 euros to pay…. He then realized that everything was already paid so he could not charge me any extra……. So he told me that I had to give a deposit of 1000 euros to cover future damage ( it is more than usual but fair enough, I said go ) but « magically » my Visa card ( which is a AAA ELITE) was not working… he tried 3 times but not working …. Not giving up, I called Visa, Visa confirm that all was ok, my card just had been used 15 minutes ago…. visa did confirm that the problem was the terminal …. So, I was kind of stuck because the car was paid and he didn’t want to cancelled the transaction…. He suddenly came with the » great idea » saying « give me 140 Euros for insurance and I let you go…. » So that was the story, I got screwed for 140 euros …. I need to specify that the guy in Sarande was a real gentleman, top of the art, speaking 5 languages. All the differences ! Louis

The car was not clean inside. One of the dirtiest cars I have ever rented. Two days after the rental the tire pressure light came on. I had to keep filling the tire with air every two days. The last week it got gorse had to fill the tire twice a day. I let the gentleman know when I returned the car. In Fact the light and message came up when he entered the car to inspect.

Economy estate car
Terrible experience. They will scam you with insurance options that are basically pre-paying for damage. Other option is a $1200 deposit that you will have to fight to get back. Dirty, old and tired vehicles. Our’s had no windshield wiper fluid, was missing one wiper blade, tire pressure monitoring problems, terribly squeaky brakes and was given to us 3/8 full of diesel at 10:00 pm. Pay the e tea money upfront and rent from a reputable company.

They tried to be nice but at the end what they offered did not meet our expectations, we couldn't fit the 5 people we needed and manifested to them initially, the car was too small and was not an SUV . Also the online price went from 150 EUR to 350 EUR for a car for 5 people. They couldn't find the kayak reservation we made online and did not respect the reservation price.

Economy
The car had 4 wheels and a steering wheel and I drove it around 1250km, so I got what I paid for. However the radio didn't work, the driver's window seemed to be out of it's socket and had a tough time going up and down and never did fully close. I brought this to the attention of the staff and I was told that they couldn't do anything as they were too busy. I personally will never deal with this company again.

This was the black spot of our trip. When you get to your destination the first thing you want to be able to do is quickly get your rental and check into your hotel. Well, they made that impossible since we couldn’t find their rental location and communication through WhatsApp was abyssal. They then proceeded to give us an 11 year old car after having waited 30 minutes outside their office in the hot sun because they couldn’t locate it. There were times I couldn’t just sit there and enjoy my time because I was worried that when I returned the vehicle they were going to come up with some made up thing to charge me. Why? Because when we were waiting to receive our keys we witnessed them fight we 2 separate customers about the same thing. Stick to sixt or hertz.

First of all the entire experience was awful! Starting from the company not even having a legit/real office and the staff that works for company are very rude and they have zero communication and respect for the customers! So i was supposed to pick up a standard SIZE SUV and the staff ended up bringing me rather than having the car there at the lot waiting for me when i arrived there they brought me a kia sportage and the condition that the car was in i was even scared and worried be able to drive that car around the country not even mention going out of the country with it! My time of picking up the car was @ 8pm they brought me the car at around 10pm 2 hours later than the booked time. And in the mean time of me waiting there i kept calling them to make sure i get the right car but instead they were lying to me telling me 4 different types of cars on the phone! So the whole company and the staff were awfully disrespectful and not even caring about their customers at all i would never recommend this crooked and people scamming company to anyone!
