Pros: Everything was exactly as it should be. Picked up a few minutes before the arranged time the car that was advertised for the price advertised.

worst experience ever!
Cons: I reserved a standard car & when I got there they said they couldn't accommodate What I had reserved. I've rented numerous times from this place. They've definitely lost me as a regular customer. I've switched to Enterprise which gave me outstanding service.

Pros: Fast processing of paper work to get car.
Cons: They literally expected me to gas up less that 3 miles away otherwise they would charge me for not having a "full tank ". Cheapskates!!!!

Pros: They were open for dropoff on Sunday.
Cons: There was over an hour wait. I stood in line while one attendant served about 15 people. The rest of the place was empty. If someone needed service from any other car rental agency, they had no line and were out in 10 minutes. The line for Avis was so long and slow. At least another clerk could have helped. Then when I got to the counter, he said that he could not rent the size vehicle we reserved because of their Visa/Check card policy. I didn't bring a major credit card with me. That would have been nice to know. The vehicle I did rent worked for us though.

Cons: I booked my car a month in advance i was directed to bring my card with me to pick up my vehicle and was told i couldn't get the car cause i didnt have a credit card only debit. I was stuck at the airport at midnight with my 3year old ...
Pros: THe Rav was cute and comfortable with very good gas mileage
Cons: I wish there was a rental facility in Tehachapi, Ca.

Pros: Rentals are very close to terminal. Requires minimal time to creature a vehical
Cons: I was told to bring car back with same amount of gas that I had when I left Las Vegas. I had 3/4 tank when I left Las Vegas and returned with 3/4 tank I did not notice until I got home that I was charged about $40 refueling charge.

You get what you pay for
Pros: Friendly staff, car drove well, vehicle availability and business hours fit my needs, allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot (I assumed responsibility) over the two nights I was renting their car (my car's AC went bad).
Cons: Lack of proper staffing lead to an EXTREMELY dirty car. Center console had LOTS of crumbs from the previous renter. There was an empty soda bottle on the back passenger floor. I had to use Windex when I got home to clean the windows of my rental....something that should have been done before I took the keys. The outside of the car looked like it hadn't been washed. From a customer service standpoint, the supervisors/owners should take notice of this review. Yes, I received a good deal via Kayak.com, but I received less than a clean car from this Budget location. The customer in front of me went and looked at their rental car as they were being processed, and came back to the office complaining of a dirty car too. I have rented from Enterprise in the past with an excellent experience every time. But due to lack of proper funds and time, I had to look for the cheapest alternative. If I would give my Enterprise experience a 5, I would give this particular Budget experience a 3. They just need more staff and attention to detail. They need to look at the car from the customer's perspective. Sit in the car. Look at it as a customer. Would they be happy with it, as a customer? But again, if they have the SAME woman who handles the customer rentals AND returns, CLEANING THE CARS on the Sunday morning I returned my car, things are going to be missed. I couldn't believe she was doing both jobs. She was great with customers. But I expected more from that point on.

Pros: Nice car but the side was all all dented on both drivers side doors & a big scratch all down the other side of car
BEWARE IF YUU TRY TO RETURN EARLY...HIDDEN CHARGES
Pros: The rental process to pick up was easy I was quoted a daily rate of $20.90 for the days requested. I did inquire what happens if I return the car early. I was told by the agent it would be pro-rated. Went merrily on my way. The return was awful experience!!
Cons: Car ran great and met my expectations. However, the customer service on return was not satisfactory. My personal vehicle was ready from repair shop early. I returned rental to Enterprise 1 day early. When I requested the 1 day credit I was told the daily rate changes to $26.95 per day (6 days with 2days free). She suggested that I keep the car for the full original rental. I explained I was told by rental agent on pick up that it would be prorated. She was insistent that they did not owe me any credit and tried numerous ways to get me to pay full amount even though returned 1 day early. NOWHERE in any of the documents that I read, agreed to and signed did it state anything about the rate she was trying to overcharge me. I had already picked up the business card of the manager. I asked to speak to the manager and she said SHE was the manager. So I said "you are the manager Lori McWilliams? " No, she was assistant manager but lied about title. The dispute went round and round for 20 min till my ride appeared and I left totally dissatisfied and, upset .I left message for manager to contact me. The manager did contact me the following day. I emailed her my original agreement contract from Kayak with rate of $20.90 clearly stated. On 10/10 I did receive notice from Lori McWilliams that I would receive credit for the 1 day. Although she was apologetic the whole experience left me with negative feelings towards Enterprise. I will be quite vocal to anyone about this negative experience on social media, better business bureau, YELP and my company (2000+ employees).

Wait, wait and more wait
Pros: Free rental
Cons: Had to wait for car to be cleaned. No gas, had to wait for it to get gassed up. The car I was to have received was given to someone who did not have an appointment (a walkup). I was given a larger car only because it was the only one available, but they tried to make me think I'm getting a free up grade when it was the only car they had on the lot.

Check what your paying for vs what you reserved
Pros: The car was fun to drive and was clean. The attendant let me return it before opening hours which I was greatful for.
Cons: I reserved an intermediate car which their website said was a Hyundai Elantra or similar. I get there and they try to give me a Nissan Versa.....uh no I was told that was a compact on my last rental.....so then they say all they have is a Veloster which is categorized in their system as an intermediate......not even close to the Elantra.....tired of the bait and switch they assume people don't know anything about cars and won't care

A little disappointed
Pros: Quick and friendly service
Cons: Car was not. Dry clean in or out. Rep was not too willing to make note of multiple scratches and dings till I took pictures. Car had less than 1/4 tank of fuel at pickup. Interior wash needed badly overall not very impressive
