Our hotel is conveniently located one block from the Civic Center and two blocks from the Towne Center Mall. Dining options include several fine dining and fast food restaurants that are within walking distance, or take advantage of our complimentary shuttle which is available from 7 am to 10 pm. Our Charleston hotel features 111 rooms, indoor pool and spa, fitness room, business center and complimentary high-speed wireless internet access. Hotel amenities include hot On The House breakfast, TV with cable, in-room iron and ironing boards and hair dryers. We also offer king special rooms, connecting rooms, cribs and rollaway beds. Pros (+) Staff was great, room itself was quite nice.
Cons (-) Your description included both fridge and microwave in the room -- there was neither. That meant that I had to bet ice three times after check-in at around 8:00 pm in order to keep medicines cold. Price was too high for the area and no AARP or other discounts available because of booking through you folks. I won't do it again.

Pros (+) I like that they change the duvet cover everyday. Those covers can get pretty rank. The bed was firm and even the sheets felt nice.
