Our first experience with this ultra modern and spare hotel. Everything compact and sleek. Like a stateroom with less storage. Certainly adequate for a short stay. The Deck 12 restaurant was great. Food very good and amazing views. Some confusion with pick up sites with Uber. Overall quite nice.

Hotel was immaculately clean. It was well organized. Check in was a breeze. Everything worked - outlets, elevator, etc. We requested a crib for our son and received one within 10 minutes. Every inch of the room (even under furniture or in tiny corners) was clean. Shower pressure was great. Neighborhood was perfect. Etc. Pros (+) Loved the contemporary and minimalist style of the room. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and more than helpful with the few questions we had about the area and transportation.

Pros (+) Location, it was clean.
Cons (-) If you wanna poop without any privacy this is the place for you. The entire hotel had a smelly funk to it and it was alright. All the high tech stuff they advertise doesn’t work at all.

Pros (+) Conveniently located, small rooms but comfortable. The exercise facilities were great.
Cons (-) The rooms do not have coffee or a coffee maker. As an early riser, I enjoy the convenience of having coffee in the room. Also, the hotel charges an additional (and seemingly unnecessary) $20 a night on top of the nightly rate/amount already paid.

Pros (+) Bed was soooo comfy and location fabulous
Cons (-) I arrived late due to weather related flight delays. I was so hungry when got to hotel at 2 am but there was no food. Not even a vending machine. Def should have some option for snacks.

Cons (-) All the menus on the tv that give you information about the hotel are wrong. The hours of operation for both the roof and floor level bar are incorrect. The food menus are out of date and the hours states that food is available are also wrong. It would be an easy fix to simply have all of the correct information for the hotel guests.

Pros (+) Bed was super comfortable. Rooftop bar/lounge was great too. Very clean. We had a great view of the harbor. Walking distance to ICA and tons of waterfront restaurants.
