Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the Beverly Hilton for its friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, and clean, comfortable rooms. However, many reviews express disappointment due to ongoing renovations, which have led to significant noise, restricted access to amenities like the pool, and lack of prior notice about these disruptions. Some guests also noted issues with room amenities and value for price given the circumstances. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and location stand out as highlights of the stay.

This is my go to when I come to LA - which is multiple times annually. The staff is great; the rooms are perfect and the restaurant on the 8th floor is good for every meal!!

Great stay but one minor improvement could be longer room service times.

Pros (+) With the exception of the Tiwer Rooms, thebathrooms are a problem. The shower/bath combination does not even have a towel bar to hold onto when exiting the tub. The toilet paper holder is more than an arm’s length from the toilet! Otherwise it’s a wonderful hotel & the Tower rooms are perfect!
