Central location in bcn old town

Room with a 30x20 cm window... no internet available. definitely not a 4 star.

Very small rooms with nearly no light. If you have a room to the back yard then complain straight away. The back of the hotel is also shared with a local pet shop which sells dogs. The noise from the dogs starts everyday at 06.00 am until the shop opens. Dont open the window or the balcony door, the dog smell is unbelievable. I wouldnt only recommend this hotel for its location:(

The fact that the Hotel was in a central location. would only recommend for the location. Got at a special rate, if I had paid full price I would have been very disappointed.

The Hotel was more basic than I thought, I did not like the fact that there were no bar facilities in the Gotico and no hotel service to the room.

Mainly the location. Rooms don't look recently renovated (furniture, bed covers, etc.) The staff is kind, but they don't solve problems quickly; probably they need the approval from higher managment to change someone's room.

I was assigned to a room (# 318) in which the air condit. was too noisy, it wouldn't let me sleep. Actually, it was a mechanical noise, vibration through the shaft, that remained even when we turned the a/c off. It took hours and talking to several managers for them to acknowledge the problem and chage me to another room (#319) which was fair to good.
