Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city, the lake, and nearby attractions. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly, helpful, and attentive. Cleanliness was also a strong positive, with many guests noting the rooms and hotel were spotless. Parking was mentioned often, with mixed feedback: while many appreciated the availability of on-site parking, several found the spaces tight or the cost high. Room size opinions were divided, with some guests enjoying spacious accommodations and others finding rooms smaller than expected.
