Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, which made it easy to access major attractions, train stations, and amenities. The friendliness of the staff was also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the noise levels, especially at night, and found the rooms to be very small and cramped. Bed comfort and cleanliness were also recurring issues, with some guests mentioning uncomfortable or narrow beds and concerns about the overall cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Accessibility was a problem for some, as there were no elevators and the stairs were steep and challenging, particularly for those with mobility issues. Despite these drawbacks, the location remained the standout feature for most guests.
