Pros (+) I liked all the ideas of the hotel, if better exicuted, Id consider this hotel the best Id have been to. offering such an array to relax made it a casual spa.
Cons (-) couldn't get me a massage even though it was a highlight in advertising. the bathroom was of poor design and the responsiveness of the staff was very mediocre. Not terrible, but nothing was great.
