Pros (+) the location; the bed, the lobby

Cons (-) The room was outdated- even the hair dryer in the room was at a low wattage. Of the three people I came in contact with at the front desk, two were horrible. When we checked in the person made a HUGE point of saying we booked through Expedia (Kayak); they also gave us the worst room on the property- next to the elevator AND the vending machine when the hotel was not fully booked. I would NOT recom...

Pros (+) The hotel itself is very well appointed. We enjoyed the Marcus Whitman art exhibit.

Cons (-) The room lacked the attention to detail giving to the rest of the property. We shut the noisy heating unit off in January to get some sleep. There was no do not disturb tag for the door so room service bothered us. Just like the last time we stayed there were five tiny pillows instead of two or more large comfortable pillows.
