Room smelled like old smoke. Carpet on stairs did not even reach the sides. Food at breakfast was stale and old. Pool was closed with no notice. When I requested a tray or if I could have a box that appeared like it was being thrown out in order to carry coffee, I was told “we are not a school” with a snide tone. I was asking if I could use a flat box slated for garbage for Christ’s sake.
