Pros: Breakfast was better than expected, but served in a blank and souless room next to reception. Pool was ok but the general area was tatty.

Cons: Didn't feel clean, and the property could do with some upgrading or basic maintenance. The property is tired, and tatty, probably the only good thing is the pool, but otherwise our room was poor...
