We were confirmed for 3 nights stay, As we were flying into Vienna the hotel sent an email and cancelled our room. The hotel found us another hotel 15 minutes out of the city core to stay. That was appreciated. The next day Pension Museum marked us as “no show for our reservation” to booking.com. They told booking.com they would wave the fee. Considering Pension Museum cancelled our room with them...
