Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast, convenient location, and friendly staff, with several reviews highlighting the quality and variety of the breakfast offerings. The service was noted as helpful and welcoming, and the location was appreciated for its proximity to attractions and ease of access. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, mentioning issues such as musty odors, dirty carpets, and insufficient housekeeping. Bed comfort also received some negative feedback, with complaints about uncomfortable or poor-quality pillows. Overall, while the hotel excels in breakfast, service, and location, improvements in cleanliness and bed comfort are needed.

Pros (+) It’s close to everything in the heart of Tupelo
Cons (-) The bed sheets had not been changed. The breakfast left much to be desired. The check in staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there.
