Best hotel experience in quite some time. Service could not have been better.

The location was good although there was lots of construction work going on around. Service was sometimes great. Comfortable beds. Great balcony.
Only free TV was news and sports. Movie channels were pay per view. Very limited free channels. General hotel service was hit and miss. When you checkin the hotel puts a hold on your credit card for the total stay plus incidentals for each night you stay which totals a huge amount and depletes your credit availability to spend elsewhere.
