5 star experience!! 1. The staff went above and beyond!! Amazing service!! The most amazingly nicest people!! The porter guy niccoli, omg, he is “Hercules” lol! Front desk staff, always helpful and detailed!! Breakfast lady super nice and accommodating!! House keeping also very attentive and friendly!! 2. Best Location!! Close to everything you need!! Super convenient! (Restaurants, stores, bar/lounge, ATM, etc) 3. Best Views from our suite!! Our suite was comfortable! Always clean!!! We loved our hot tub and view!! I would definitely come back and stay here again. As a matter of fact we are planning our stay again! lol!

I think the only thing I can think of is the cats around during breakfast. I mean it wasn’t toooo bad but I’m just not a cat person. But otherwise my husband & I love this hotel. The service is key and a lasting impression!! Thank you wonderful staff!!

Everything was excellent, staff, clean.. perfect location.. the view was also awesome.. Definitely recommend this place.

We looked for about 10 days trying to decide on which hotel we stayed in and went with Panorama. So glad we did! The view is stunning especially from our room no85, we feel we had the best view from the entire hotel. We ate breakfast in the V lounge which again has the most amazing view. Some people had breakfast next to the pool, I’m not sure how they decide where you are having breakfast. The rooms were cleaned and beds changed daily, the cleaning staff were always so friendly! The pool area is very good and clean. Fantastic location in Fira, close to bus station and right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of lively Fira. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would definitely go back if we went back to Santorini. Stop looking and book this hotel!

There are lots of stairs but lifts available. Every hotel in Santorini will be the same. It wasn’t a problem for us as we are young fit couple but may be more difficult for older people.

Wonderful rooftop breakfast daily. The location was perfect, close to the bus station and our room had a beautiful view. We were very pleased with the entire experience. I would recommend this to anyone!

I spent an embarrassingly long time researching hotels for our honeymoon. Panorama won out and we could not have asked for more. The views from the hot tub were straight out of the movies. Breakfast was insanely good and the staff super friendly and helpful. Ask for room 23!

The influx of the tourists from the ships was annoying and we had to avoid. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. Fortunately they didn’t ruin our stay.
