Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for shopping and travel, and appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. Many guests also find the breakfast satisfactory and value the overall affordability. However, cleanliness is a significant concern, with multiple reviews mentioning dust, leftover trash, and persistent cigarette smoke odors in the rooms. While some guests find the beds comfortable, others note issues such as noise, old facilities, and occasional maintenance problems. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, service, and breakfast, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
