Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to MRT stations, restaurants, and shops. Many found the room sizes adequate and appreciated the value for price. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and outdated facilities. Service is generally neutral, with some positive mentions but also reports of unhelpful staff. Overall, the hotel is considered a convenient and reasonably priced option, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
