Buffet breakfast was great, we ate so much we couldn’t eat again till dinner. The staff were very helpful and polite, we arrived early about 11AM and got to check in straight away. We were staying away for our wedding anniversary and were given an upgrade and complimentary wine and chocolates which was a lovely sentiment.
We had hoped for a better view of both the bridge & the harbour and thought the room may have been a bit larger. The bar on level 36 was quite small and packed when we went up, so we didn’t stay for a drink. We would stay here again though.
Great views of the Sydney bridge and Opera house.
Breakfast was great. Service and food selection better than most. We have traveled and stayed in many hotels based on best price for quality. The Shangri-La is one of the best. Very impressed.
Very large room. Close to Circular Quay, but up a steep hill.
Unless you pay extra for a harbour view or club room, there is very little opportunity to see the fabulous view of the harbour bridge and opera house. We did have (expensive) drinks in the bar in our first night, and were lucky enough to be invited in to see the view from the club lounge on our last morning.
The view was amazing, the bed was amazing, the room was very nice and the hotel in it self is a nice place, and good location!
It is quite expensive
