The room was comfortable albeit small. The location and staff were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing.

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city, accessing public transport, and reaching the airport. The breakfast received high marks for its variety and quality. While some guests appreciated the friendly staff and overall service, there were notable complaints about room size, cleanliness, and isolated incidents of poor service or maintenance. Despite a few negative experiences, the location and breakfast stood out as highlights for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews

Convenient- close to central station and central Stockholm. Excellent breakfast
Cons (-) Wifi was very unstable.
Pros (+) Easy access to the rail station.
Cons (-) They stock me in a room that was a size of a small bed walls of the bed, the phone was not working, the coffee machine was not working and they did not have a business center or office nor a printer and the attitude of the staff was like Nah!. Overall, one of my worst hotel experiences.
