Pros (+) They were doing construction on the lower floors, so they upgraded us for free to a junior suite because my dad is older and likes to rest during the day and couldn't with all the noise. Receptive employees. Breakfast was good. Room was very nice.
Cons (-) Breakfast was supposed to be included, although every morning, the person who lets you into breakfast would tell us we had to pay extra.
