Cons (-) They gave me a smoking room without telling me. It was like walking into an ashtray. When I complained, they said they were full and sent me packing. No offer to find me a habitable room.
Pros (+) The rooms were clean and well kept, pool and hot tub were great as well as fitness center. Breakfast every morning was delicious and well attended to. Overall a great experience.
Cons (-) The hotel shuttle only went to one airport (Dulles) and there is no metro availability at that airport, so you need to drive to get anywhere you need to go (other than the airport).
