Pros (+) Cheap, has a bed. There were enough chairs in the room to barricade the doors. Close to wintergreen resort.
Cons (-) There was a mystery puddle of water on the bathroom floor that was dripping down from the room above us, there were two dirty mattresses leaning against the wall of our room, and there was no coffee maker in the room. There was a group of weirdos loitering on the hotel balcony when we first checked in.
