Helpfull staff and perfect location, clean, new bottles of water every day, free coffee and tea in the room. Nice view on the library.
The bath tub can not be filled further than half full, due to the way the overflow system works. Other than that, perfect stay.
The bed was comfortable.
The pillows were hard and the bathroom was way too small for a tall/big person. No room to sit on the toilet.
Great place to get a back road entry/exit to stay off Bronson Memorial Highway. Spacious and good room facilities. Having the washing machine and drier was fantastic. Great (not amazing) cooking.
I really disliked the pushy attitude of the staff member who tried to sell me a 1.5 hour “view the facilities” tour of the resort aka a very badly disguised sales pitch of a time share program. You see I already had talked to reception but before they give you the go ahead to go into your room you have to talk to this other woman who blabs on about this ****. She asked quite shocked “Can you tell me why you don’t want to the tour”; is a real kick in the face when I already just said no thank you politely. I’m not gagging for cheap tickets and it was almost as slimy as a Cairo rug salesperson. I would STRONGLY recommend you just be HONEST about the intentions of a time share program before I have to talk to somebody completely different and held hostage for my room key and location....Why? So people can tell you to go jump off a short pier, because it seems so insanely desperate . Stingy on the salt and pepper and no cooking oil. Beds so soft that both me and my wife have stuffed up backs and we are young. You get locked into the bed if you are tired say from being at Disney all day.
The location of the property is very good, the room size is ok with decent enough heating. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The bed was comfy and overall we enjoyed our stay.
The room size was on the smaller size compared to similar hotels and didn’t have enough storage. I also thought the kitchen facilities were limited Eg. No fridge and microwave. Considering the price this hotel doesn’t offer anything special or captivating to make you want to return. (No breakfast included although there is a wine reception each night)
Staff was very helpful. Help with making reservations. Advice were to go. Very friendly and help full. Will stay again.
