Pros (+) Staff and location excellent.
Cons (-) Hotel partly closed for renovation during our stay.
Cons (-) We booked a “Family Package” but were placed in non adjoining rooms. I hate this- it always happens and hotels pretend to not be in control of the reservation or room assignment. We were separated from our kids and it made the whole experience anxious. We booked 4 months in advance- they got my credit card- I should have got an adjoining room.
Cons (-) Small windows, not much light. Also very limited tv options. Would d like access to Netflix.
