Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which stood out as the highlight of their stay. Many also appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about the value for money, with hidden or unexpected fees, high prices, and issues with charges being a recurring negative theme. Breakfast was often mentioned as a disappointment, with extra charges and quality below expectations.AI-generated from customer reviews

Extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly staff at every point of contact, all of whom almost always addressed me by name. The front desk staff was helpful beyond the call of duty.
