Pros (+) The hotel is half a block from Union Square, with lots of food and shopping near by. We were even able to walk to the MOMA and Yerba Buena Gardens. The room was small but had everything we needed. Beds were pretty comfy and everything was clean. Only complaint is that the walls are fairly thin, so you can hear hallway noise pretty clearly.

Pros (+) Concierge was nice and gracious, though I got moved to a crummy sister hotel and didn't realize I was accepting this change AT THE FULL PRICE I PAID.
Cons (-) Hotel lost my reservation and my options were cancel and get a refund, but then be forced to book a new stay during a busy weekend in SF, or get moved to a disgusting hovel nearby. When I asked for a discount, the hotel wouldn't relent because I "accepted" the move. The other hotel was disgusting. Kayak was ZERO help.
