Pros (+) Location was beautiful. Big rooms family was comfortable.
Cons (-) Some of the staff was rude. The First Lady to try to check me in was really nice and polite. Our room wasn't ready when we showed up so she gave us a free appetizer at the restaurant. We went down to eat while we waited and what appeared to be the manager of the restaurant was just talking away with a waiter and they kept looking at us and ignoring us.
