Pros (+) Hotel room was clean and location near from zoo and sea world.
Cons (-) There was no fitness center. Charged 13 $ for parking per night. Staff not cooperative. I asked to fill up a water bottle . Staff said no.

Cons (-) They authorized my debit card 3x and left me with no money for the rest of my trip. The cable didn't work and housekeeping didn't clean our room. We went to complain to the manager- Maria- she started to help and then just walked away because she had "a call" and pawned us off to the Front Desk Attendant, Cynthia. Cons (-) There was a lot of construction going on in the hotel and that was not disclosed before we booked it. I probably would not have stayed there if I knew that.
