Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, with many mentioning clean rooms and fresh-smelling facilities. The breakfast received high marks for quality and variety, standing out as a highlight for several guests. The location was another strong point, described as convenient and central, with easy access to restaurants and highways. While service was generally satisfactory, there were isolated incidents of poor staff interactions. Some guests were disappointed by the pool being closed or maintenance issues, but overall, positive experiences with cleanliness, breakfast, and location dominated the reviews.
Cons (-) Tired rooms, green wall paper in bathroom is peeling. Rooms need an update, the iPod player is the old style connector, which went out 5years ago! Breakfast choice is reasonable, but limited to bagel OR muffin- really? Location is then good distance from any sights, so need drive or Uber. Overall fell below expectation for SpringHill Suites and location not what is expected from ‘downtown’

Cons (-) Room was clean enough but could have used some work. Vegetarian breakfast sausage? Really? Breakfast wasn’t the best unless your a vegetarian. Other than that the stay was acceptable but nothing to rave about.
