Pros (+) Location in college town, cleanliness, facilities (good laundry- you can treat your college student to a couple of loads done by mom), flexibility- they were nice about late check out.
Cons (-) A little expensive-- cheaper to stay a couple of exits down the road in Marriott courtyard Brighton. I thought it was worth the extra $ though. Also, fitness room is a little dark and deserted
