Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in several cases, the breakfast offerings. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, including issues with linens and room maintenance. Service was often described as inconsistent or poor, with some guests highlighting helpful staff but many others noting unhelpful or inattentive employees. Bed comfort was another recurring concern, with multiple mentions of uncomfortable or worn-out mattresses. Overall, while the location and breakfast were positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and room comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews
