The breakfast was not very good, the bread was very hard, etc. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I believe it could be a little cheaper for the studio room seeing as the breakfast is not good and the room is very small. Great location!

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The service provided by the staff is frequently highlighted as friendly, helpful, and attentive. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, noting issues such as dirt, unpleasant odors, and lack of proper maintenance. Room size is another common concern, with many finding the accommodations cramped or uncomfortable, especially single rooms. Bed comfort receives mixed feedback, with some guests mentioning old or uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, improvements in cleanliness, room size, and bed comfort are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Convenient location, a nice outdoor pool, and ok gym (though tiny)
Cons (-) Difficult staff, very unfriendly and un-accommodating, spent most of my first day arguing with them about a mistake on their end - first with my room, then with the price. Dirty towels, sheets, room overall
