Location is perfect for Carnaval events and local bars and restaurants. The hotel is not as clean as one would expect from the selina chain. Very comfortable beds. Charge extra $4.00 USD for towels when the hotel.com website said they were included.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast, describing it as plentiful, delicious, and varied. The location was also highlighted as a major advantage, being central and convenient for sightseeing and events. However, many guests reported issues with service, including slow or unhelpful staff, poor communication, and problems with room assignments or amenities. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the hotel clean and others noting issues such as mold or the need for repairs. Overall, while the breakfast and location stood out positively, service and maintenance could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
